The LCH Technique® offers a structured outpatient approach to alcohol addiction that addresses both the physical and psychological dimensions of dependence. By stimulating specific points associated with craving reduction and nervous system regulation, treatment helps ease withdrawal, reduce the urge to drink, and support lasting behaviour change.
A short course of regular sessions over two to three weeks helps reduce cravings, ease withdrawal, and support lasting behaviour change. Most clients are able to significantly reduce or end their alcohol use within six to eight treatments.

Sessions are competed within 90 minutes. Most clients feel calm afterward and return to work or daily activities immediately.

Booster treatments
Most clients complete their recovery within the initial course of treatment and go on to live free from addiction long-term. If at any point you feel you would benefit from additional support, whether due to a period of unusual stress, a life change, or simply as a preventative measure, booster treatments are available. A single session can quickly reinforce the progress you have already made and help you feel grounded and back in control.
