Every treatment plan is tailored to reflect your unique situation and goals.
Most clients feel calm afterward and can return to work or daily activities immediately. You will learn strategies to break free from your addiction without having to spend time away from work or your family.
A course of regular treatments over two to three weeks helps to reduce cravings and improve your control. Most clients are able to quit a gambling addiction within six or eight treatments. The LCH Technique® is designed to support nervous system regulation and long-term behaviour change.

A single session can quickly reinforce the progress you have already made and help you feel grounded and back in control.
